Sales Support Specialist
Novatech is a Managed Office Provider delivering IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions nationwide. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will partner with the Sales organization to drive revenue growth through accurate quoting, contract preparation, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate sales quotes and prepare professional proposals for client presentations
Manage contracts and sales documentation with precision
Track and support active sales opportunities, maintaining accurate pipeline data
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order flow
Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; College preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Two to five years of sales support, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
