Responsibilities
Own the delivery programme for site-wide electrical infrastructure across new-build and expansion data center projects
Drive cross-functional alignment across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning stakeholders
Establish delivery models, governance, reporting structures and risk controls
Lead vendor strategy (OEMs, EPCs, specialist contractors) and ensure delivery quality
Support the build-out of the wider team including PMs, field engineering, document control and technical writing support
Influence scalable “repeatable build” methods for electrical systems and plant delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in program management
Experience in data center delivery (design, construction, commissioning lifecycle)
Strong knowledge of switchgear, generators, controls and site electrical infrastructure
Comfortable communicating technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders and exec level
