Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Peppermint HQ and Peppermint USA JV. Facilitate regular communication, strategic alignment, weekly reviews, action tracking, and cross-border operations to support distribution and sales across North and South America
Document, consolidate, prioritize, and resolve support tickets and operational requests from Peppermint USA. Develop efficient action plans to minimize downtime and maximize partner satisfaction
Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking of Peppermint products vs. industry leaders. Document insights and propose roadmap enhancements in collaboration with the global Product Management team to drive innovation and competitiveness
Build and maintain relationships with high-value global accounts (e.g., Novartis, Taikisha, and other enterprises in Peppermint's network). Evaluate RFPs, deliver customized proposals, guide sales processes to secure partnerships, then hand over to Peppermint USA for ongoing management
Develop and publish accurate production forecasts based on Peppermint USA demand signals. Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams in India to optimize inventory, planning, and resource allocation
Lead the shift from Asia-based to US-based suppliers to enable future robot assembly in the USA. Oversee documentation and implementation of US-based IT infrastructure (servers, hosting) to meet customer cybersecurity requirements
Support and grow a US distribution network by identifying and onboarding strategic partners for key sectors (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing) and geographic regions. Develop supporting strategies, processes, onboarding programs, performance tracking, and expansion plans
Lead strategy and process development as Peppermint USA scales its implementation and service teams. Design and implement a customized Zoho FSM tool to track schedules, budgets, project planning, and resource management for operational efficiency and visibility
Manage product (robots, app software, and service delivery platforms) needs, changes, and customizations in close partnership with the India engineering team. Ensure product specifications fit specific industries by collaborating directly with current and prospective customers. Facilitate clear communication across teams on development changes required for optimal application fit
Contribute to building and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging product lines, including material handling robots and wheelchair robots. Conduct market research, define pricing/models, launch plans, and adaptations to US regulatory/customer requirements
Support the development of distribution networks and go-to-market strategies for South America, Central America, and Canada. Perform market analysis, identify potential partners, and coordinate with Peppermint USA teams for cohesive coverage across the Americas

Required

Senior executive experience in operations and global partnerships
Experience in managing cross-border operations and strategic alignment
Strong understanding of manufacturing, product innovation, and distribution
Proven track record in building distribution networks and scaling service teams
Experience in go-to-market strategies for new product lines
Ability to develop and publish accurate production forecasts
Experience in supplier transition and IT infrastructure implementation
Strong relationship management skills with high-value global accounts
Experience in competitive analysis and product benchmarking
