The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans, ensuring their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Accurately document care, vitals, and observations
Support meal service, hydration, and after-meal care
Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation
Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all safety and infection control policies
Promote a calm, respectful, and compassionate care environment
Qualification
Required
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and in good standing in the State of CA
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
Preferred
CPR preferred
