Align Technology is seeking a high-performing and motivated law student to join their global Strategic Commercial Affairs legal team as a 2026 Commercial & Technology Legal Intern. The role focuses on assisting with contract drafting, researching global laws, and supporting the legal team in achieving departmental goals.

Responsibilities

Assist the SCA legal team with contract drafting and negotiations, and ensure agreements are consistent with business objectives and legal guidelines
Research global laws, draft legal memoranda, create presentations, and report on your findings
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Assist with other duties, including administrative duties, as may be assigned

Required

Current enrollment at an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of law school
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
Interest in the cross-section of law and technology

Confident communicator with a strong but diplomatic presence and positive attitude
Capacity to handle a high volume of activity in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Open to new challenges and motivated to succeed
