Investor Reporting Associate
PNC is a leading financial services institution, and they are seeking an Investor Reporting Associate within their Commercial Real Estate organization. The role involves performing reporting on a stabilizing portfolio, generating simple reports, and monitoring property construction progress to ensure effective communication with internal staff and fund managers.

Responsibilities
Performs reporting on the stabilizing portfolio
Provides simple reporting on a smaller portfolio of clients or older/less complex funds
Generates simple reports
Reviews and edits investor reporting in collaboration as appropriate
Communicates with internal staff to ensure appropriateness of notes
Monitors progress of property construction or lease-up; if delays, coordinates assessment of fund performance with fund managers and stabilization managers
Track certificate of occupancy and completion of lease up
Generates regular reports which vary by fund/investor
Collect and distribute insurance certificates and property financial statements to proprietary investors
Collect information related to basic ad hoc investor requests
Creates simple queries
Qualification
Required
Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
