Ability to work independently to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Highly organized with attention to detail and managing service documentation
Willingness to travel locally or regionally to provide on-site service
Preferred
Relevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
Experience with industrial machinery in manufacturing settings is a plus
