Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Product Configurator
Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, support) to deliver high-quality releases
Ensure the configurator enables rapid, accurate solution design and BOM generation
Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and evolving market needs
Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market collateral
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions
Ensure compliance with Vertiv’s Core Principles & Behaviors

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5 plus years of product management experience, ideally with B2B software tools or configurators
Strong understanding of solution configuration, BOM generation, and sales enablement processes
Strong Data Center domain knowledge in Facilities and IT products and how they function
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience working with partners and customers in a technical environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
