Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation and transaction analysis
Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials
Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms
Assist in drafting transaction documents and regulatory filings
Participate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical insights
Support relationship management efforts with technology clients, including software, SaaS, semiconductors, and emerging tech sectors
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets
Monitor technology sector developments and provide strategic insights to senior bankers
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of investment banking experience (or equivalent in corporate finance, private equity, or consulting)
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Preferred
