Responsibilities
Process mortgage loan files from submission through closing
Review and analyze loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Apply accounting principles to evaluate income, assets, credit, and financial statements
Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties
Clear underwriting conditions and resolve file issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and pleasant attitude
Qualification
Required
Experience in the financial services industry
Ability to manage residential mortgage files from application through closing
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of mortgage loan files
Review and analyze loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Apply accounting principles to evaluate income, assets, credit, and financial statements

Ability to work full-time in-office
Preferred
Mortgage Loan Processor and/or Underwriting experience preferred
Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly encouraged
Solid understanding of accounting principles related to financial documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Positive, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Bilingual is a plus
