Responsibilities

Works in one of the designated roles: Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, Packer

Performs the necessary duties of a packer

Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders

Interprets instructions and responds to management’s direction

Maintains safety rules throughout shift

Follows all safety practices and guidelines while working including keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards

Understands production workflow processes

Selects and uses appropriate equipment, supplies and tools

Qualification

Production experienceMathematical principlesOrganizational skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or GED

At least one year of work-related experience

Preferred

Experience in a production environment preferred
