ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Commercial Financial Lead to provide financial, operational, and strategic business insights to Managers and Supervisors. The role involves developing financial tools, supporting account directors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while collaborating across the organization to achieve scalability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Account to Site level financial support to operations (to include reporting, financial variances, and cost expectations)
Contractual Expert for the contract to ensure compliance with client and contract requirements
Conduct evaluations for cost reduction opportunities with site-level variance reviews
Weekly analysis of current month results as well as forward-looking forecast to include a gap-closing plan if necessary
Assist the Finance Director with the budget, estimate, and forecasting processes by formulating strategic and long-term business plans
Support global requests and reporting where applicable
Assist in the preparation of monthly business review presentations
Attend customer-facing meetings, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, ad hoc meeting requests
Billing Confirmation (external)
Cash collection meetings and reviews
Monthly bridge reviews
Client ad-hoc requests, including detailed data requests and pricing
Support audit requests
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Special projects as needed

Qualification

Financial managementJob costing ERP systemAnalytical Excel skillsBachelor’s degree in financeCommunication skillsTeam playerOrganizational skillsProactive self-starter

Required

Experience interfacing at all levels throughout an organization; private sector experience required
Experience with job costing ERP system
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Ability to communicate with all levels within a client's management structure
Good team player
Able to command credibility and be able to influence
Strong analytical Excel skills are required
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and able to be a self-starter

Preferred

5+ years of financial management experience in a client interfacing role is preferred
Experience in the service industry is preferred
