Business Development Manager
RDI, Inc. is a recognized leader in recycling services, specializing in IT solutions and on-site dismantling. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategies to meet growth goals.

Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Report Preparation
Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Revenue Growth Initiatives
Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Chicago, IL
5 year experience
Preferred
Experience in the recycling, IT solutions, or environmentally sustainable industries is a strong advantage
