Responsibilities
Execute animations and edits based on provided storyboards, briefs, or templates
Assist with asset creation (typography, transitions, basic VFX)
Support larger projects by animating under direction
Collaborate with senior creatives and respond to feedback quickly
Learn and apply brand/motion systems consistently
Taking on the Training Video Responsibilities (with oversight from the Senior Animator/Art Director)
Easily able to handle the templated tasks
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
3+ years' professional experience in the graphic design field
Basic experience with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
Solid understanding of typography, timing, composition, and motion principles
Familiarity with brand systems, style guides, or design systems
Experience working with internal communications or training content
Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to follow creative direction and execute against established templates and systems
Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and learning
