Business Intelligence Consultant

Responsibilities
Drive execution of the data & analytical capabilities roadmap to solve current business challenges and unlock new opportunities
Create new and/or enhance existing dashboards and visual analytics that empower business partners to make informed, data-driven decisions
Deliver high-priority or advanced BI, data, and analytical capabilities that support enterprise goals and innovation
Manage individual workload effectively while maintaining clear and proactive communication with team members and leadership
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or analytics issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain data integrity
Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements by collaborating with product owners and development team to design, develop, deploy, and support AI & visual analytic tools
Partner with IT, data, and other BI organizations as a thought leader to elevate enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in querying languages
Experience with advanced features of data visualization tools. (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI)
Experience with delivering GenAI solutions within BI tools
Solid foundation in statistical analysis and ability to analyze datasets to identify trends and patterns
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex business challenges
Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to solve business problems
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
Preferred
Specialty Insurance experience is a plus
