Responsibilities

Design and implement global talent management and leadership development strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent
Lead the evolution of performance management frameworks, driving accountability and continuous improvement across the organization
Oversee enterprise-wide workforce and succession planning, ensuring organizational agility and readiness for future growth
Champion change management and culture initiatives, supporting the rollout of the enterprise Operating Model and integration processes
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address talent needs, skills gaps, and foster career progression and mobility
Influence the cultural alignment and employee engagement during business transformation, including M&A activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global organization
Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and culture transformation at scale
Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment

Preferred

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with HR technologies and talent analytics
Demonstrated success supporting M&A and integration processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and workforce data
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
