Responsibilities
Engage with regional tax experts to explore local market trends, valuation challenges, and client targeting strategies
Utilize jurisdictional websites and various data platforms to conduct property research and support strategic decision making
Transform raw tax and assessment data into structured, actionable insights using Excel-based models
Support valuation reviews and help identify properties with potential tax overassessments
Deliver curated lead lists with clear business cases to drive outreach by Property Tax and Business Development teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree desired
Experience in real estate, valuation, property tax, or accounting preferred
Experience with CoStar is a plus
