Agency Builder/Team Leader
The Master Plan Financial is a unique Financial Services company focused on educating individuals about finance. They are seeking an Agency Builder/Team Leader who will be responsible for connecting with new clients, scheduling meetings, and developing solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Meet new people monthly (ideally 2-10 new people) in everyday life and at networking
Schedule meetings with prospects
Invite prospects to attend workshops or to meet with their business partner
Attend training and events to further their personal knowledge
Develop solutions to meet the needs of the prospect
Submit business, track, and deliver solutions to clients
Maintain prospect and client database to service clients and continue to grow your agency
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or marketing experience
Self starter
Driver's License
Background check
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Sales Experience: 3 years
