Responsibilities
Defend complex civil litigation matters involving construction defect, personal injury, and insurance coverage
Work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on high-stakes cases
Handle motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy
Interface with sophisticated clients, including large corporate and insurer clients
Take increasing ownership of matters as experience grows
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in construction defect, personal injury defense, and/or insurance coverage
Active California bar admission
Ability to manage complex civil litigation matters with professionalism and precision
Preferred
3–7 years of progressive experience across all three practice areas (depth over job hopping)
Experience defending high-exposure or high-stakes matters
Comfort supporting Los Angeles-based cases (especially for remote attorneys)
