Required

5+ years of experience in private equity or hedge fund administration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of closed-end fund structures, including private equity, real estate, and hybrid funds
Hands-on expertise with capital calls, distributions, NAVs, financial statements, fee and P&L calculations, waterfalls, and performance reporting
Proven people management experience, including coaching, developing, and leading accounting teams
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage and build long-term stakeholder relationships
Solid understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification is a plus
