Responsibilities

Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
Focus on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions
Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
Take charge of customer satisfaction and ensure account compliance

Required

10+ years experience running account P&L
Background in Government contracts and contract vehicles
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
10+ years experience managing sales process end-to-end
Understanding and execution of volume transactions
Experience with developing and managing executive (CxO) relationships
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
Background in Mainframe and modernization
