Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of a growing mental health / psychiatric practice
Conduct patient intakes and education about TMS treatment
Administer TMS treatments (training provided)
Hire, train, and manage TMS Technicians
Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
Partner with psychiatrists and participate in weekly clinical rounds
Track KPIs and support practice growth
Build referral relationships with local providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication, organization, and empathy
Preferred
2+ years in a patient-facing or healthcare role
Leadership or management experience
Healthcare, mental health, or clinical experience a plus
