Responsibilities include those assigned to an Actuarial Analyst, and may also include:

Leading and executing advanced actuarial work that directly supports strategy, profitability, and business decision-making

Presenting findings to both actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders in a clear, actionable format

Mentoring junior analysts and serving as a technical resource within the team

Required

Minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related analytical field

Completion of at least 4 SOA/CAS actuarial exams, with a demonstrated commitment to pursuing Associate or Fellowship designation in the Casualty Actuarial Society

Proficiency in Excel, with strong computer skills

Strong background in P&C pricing

High attention to detail, excelling in precision, calculations, and preparation of detailed reports

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines

Proactive and driven, consistently taking initiative to achieve impactful results

Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing change with confidence

Exceptional team collaborator, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a cohesive and productive team environment
