Responsibilities

Own full cycle recruiting for a high-volume requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing

Hunt, identify and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI and sourcing strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations

Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re-prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve

Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long-term potential

Build and maintain deep pipelines for electrical, mechanical, construction and Industrial roles

Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values

Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations
