Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and render decisions on appraisal report escalations in accordance with company and investor guidelines

Complete comprehensive collateral reviews while meeting established service-level expectations

Manage a pipeline of collateral files and communicate issues with Appraisers, Processors, Customers, and Account Executives/Loan Originators

Stay current on investor guideline updates and collateral policy changes

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Operations leadership and the Post-Closing team on stipulations for closed loan files

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
