Responsibilities
Lead setup and daily operations of a new 8,000–10,000 sq. ft. warehouse near Long Beach
Oversee inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, and shipping efficiency
Develop SOPs for receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and returns
Manage relationships with carriers, 3PL vendors, and customs partners
Recruit and supervise a small operations team (pickers, packers, coordinators)
Maintain workplace safety, compliance, and high service standards
Support the expansion of future regional hubs (East / West Coast)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
Proven track record managing facility operations of 8,000–10,000+ sq. ft
Strong understanding of supply chain, shipping, and returns processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with startup adaptability
Preferred
Experience in consumer goods, bicycle, or automotive industries
Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems and 3PL coordination
Exposure to after-sales or customer support operations
