Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant/operations performance, ensuring attainment of production, quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets
Champion Lean/CI initiatives (e.g., standard work, visual management, waste reduction) to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and enhance OEE
Uphold quality management systems and customer requirements; partner with Quality to drive root-cause and corrective actions
Build and sustain a high-performance culture—recruit, coach, and develop leaders; conduct performance reviews; reinforce accountability and recognition
Translate strategic goals into clear operating plans, KPIs, and tiered management routines; monitor progress and course-correct in real time
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance to improve material flow, capacity planning, and cost control
Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing EHS standards, conducting audits, and driving incident prevention and response
Support customer engagements, launches, and readiness reviews; address escalations with urgency and data-driven problem solving
Manage budgets, track variances, and drive productivity and cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior manufacturing or general management role
Demonstrated expertise in modern manufacturing practices
Continuous improvement methodologies
Quality management systems
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict across all organizational levels
Proven ability to develop, lead, and sustain high-performing teams aligned with established management systems
