Responsibilities
Support the provision of an NHS Highland wide resourcing service, which includes the recruitment and onboarding of employees and bank workers, coordination of bank and agency worker engagements, redeployment, relocation and other activities
Administration of employment checks, contractual documentation, liaison with hiring managers, employees and applicants, and involvement in other resourcing activities as required
Qualification
Required
SVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent level of knowledge
enthusiastic

good communication skills
understand the need for confidentiality
confident with systems and data entry
