Responsibilities

Need a resource to perform Break & Fix work

Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)

Technician will travel to each client’s location

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer

Works under general supervision

There will be overtime Minimum

After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on-call rotation 7x24

LARGE FORMAT PRINTER EXPERIENCE

3 years of overall experience

Ability to travel to each client's location

Maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's)

Ability to work under general supervision

Availability for overtime as needed

Ability to be added to the on-call rotation 7x24

Candidates must be located within the Orlando proper area

Ability to drive 50 - 75 miles per day
