Mid LevelSchooLinks is seeking an experienced K12 Solutions Engineer to support sales efforts by providing expert knowledge of their education technology solutions. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives to demonstrate product capabilities and ensure successful technology evaluations for school districts.

Responsibilities
Position the SchooLinks platform as a solution (and as a partner) to all stakeholders, from shallow to deep, from storytelling, to technical deep-dives
Develop, refine, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that are thoughtful, simple, but engaging
Effectively communicate complex technology, workflows and implementations to a variety of stakeholders – e.g. telling a compelling story to educators and administrators, as well as leading credible, in-depth technical discussions with information technology experts
Act as a trusted strategic and technical advisor with our prospective customers, thoughtfully considering customer vision and needs to design the best solutions with detailed workflow considerations and change management best practices to drive urgency for adoption
Work with our Writers to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Coach and mentor fellow team members on all things counseling and CTE workflows and legislative changes related to CCR accountability across states
Track progress on projects through consistent record-keeping and documentation
Share knowledge and facilitate the enablement to ensure we are upskilling our Account Executives to be able to articulate and solution sell our products
Qualification
Required
Experience as an education technologist
Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple and compelling ways
Experience in providing professional development and coaching
Knowledge of legislative and policy changes in the education space
Ability to provide feedback to product teams
Experience in developing and delivering tailored product demonstrations
Strong communication skills to convey complex technology and workflows
Ability to act as a trusted strategic and technical advisor
Experience in responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Ability to coach and mentor team members
Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
Ability to facilitate enablement and upskill Account Executives
