Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day operations in the process development fabrication facility
Lead shift managers and broader operations to team to drive pilot line safety, quality, and output
Design, and set up statistical process control, MES process routes
Define KPIs for pilot line productivity and drive a culture of continuous improvement around KPIs
Work with the director of semiconductor engineering, process engineering, facilities, integration, and other functions to prioritize pilot line activities
Work with multi-functional development teams with engineers with wafer fab, device testing, and product engineering roles

Required

B.Sc.degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields
10+ years hands on semiconductor experience
5+ years of working in clean room facility
3+ years of experience with failure analysis
Experience with data analysis tools and principles of statistically designed experimentation (JMP, Matlab, Excel, Stat-Ease, etc.)

Preferred

M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering
5+ years of senior management experience in a clean room based R&D / pilot production environment
Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Experience with quality management systems
