Responsibilities

Supply chain manager responsible for executing and managing strategic plans for material needed to support sustainment and R&R
Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Ability to effect change and provide creative solutions to ensure successful program performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
Support all gate review and activity, EAC review, program review, and risk and opportunity management reviews
Develop and execute material program plans, subcontract management plans (as applicable)
Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program responsibilities & proactively manage mitigation plans
Financial Management (Predictability, Developing and Executing Supply Chain Budget, EV, Sales)
Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required

Required

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management or sales
Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required

Preferred

Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar
Active Secret Clearance
Certified Material Program Manager to Level 3
Ability to lead efforts, including budgeting and financial management, issue and conflict resolution
Experience in a Matrix organizational structure
Experience with MRP Systems and or tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS
High degree of financial acumen, understand the mechanics of strong supplier negotiations and how to influence an acceptance in execution of cost reduction opportunities
