Responsibilities
Lead and drive global transformational initiatives that increase logistics scale, technical/engineering capabilities, value added services and reduce cost within Apple’s supply chain
Demonstrate a deep understanding of multi-function operational processes within Logistics, Operations, Analytics, FATP, and Reverse Logistics
Connect the dots of the bigger picture while being comfortable in the details of the deliverables
Work with multiple cross functional teams in a global, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Deliver on key strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics or related field with 12+ years professional experience in data, analysis, modeling and/or program management
Strong program manager with analytical, process engineering, modeling and leadership skills
Ability to quickly understand business processes and drivers
Ability to lead and manage complex projects without a direct reporting structure across multiple logistics and engineering domains
A desire to operate hands on in the role
Excellent verbal, analytical, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfort and demonstrated ability to work autonomously, operating and driving efforts without solid line responsibly
Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
Preferred
Experience in supply chain: ex. retail, consulting, online fulfillment and/or operations
Process Re-engineering, EPM, Product Operations, DS or Ops Finance experience a plus
Graduate degree preferred
