Responsibilities
Represent landlords and tenants in a broad range of commercial leasing matters
Draft, review, and negotiate retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use leases
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and other real estate transactions as needed
Work closely with partners and clients on complex, market-driven real estate deals
Collaborate with attorneys across real estate, corporate, and finance practices
Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship building
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–7 years of real estate experience, with a focus on commercial leasing
Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service
