Responsibilities

Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution

Manage a controlled docket (approximately 15–35 cases) to allow for meaningful, billable work
Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and draft motions
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
Maintain strong client communication and case ownership

Required

Active Texas law license
