Vice President of Quality & Training

The Vice President of Quality & Training will oversee the strategic direction and operational efficiency of RCM functions, focusing on business transformation and enhancing service delivery while driving the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall development and execution of training programs and quality assurance initiatives across the organization
Oversee the development of training materials, training sessions, and implementation of quality assurance processes to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other department VPs to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunities
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
Prepare and present reports on training and quality assurance activities to senior management
Build and scale high-performing teams that drive efficiency, accountability, and results
Develop and refine client onboarding, integration, and management processes to support a growing external client base
Shape the go-to-market strategy, working closely with business development and operational leaders to ensure seamless execution
Leverage AI and automation to create a best-in-class RCM platform that differentiates us in the market
Serve as the face of the company both internally and externally, representing our commitment to excellence and driving the vision forward. Lead with confidence, strategic foresight, and the ability to inspire teams to execute with precision
Externally engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure our value proposition resonates and meets the expectations of a growing client base. Nurture relationships, secure buy-in, and demonstrate the unique advantages of our RCM offering while fostering a collaborative and partnership-driven environment

Required

Proven track record in operational leadership within revenue cycle management (RCM)
Deep understanding of RCM, particularly Out of Network (OON) and In-Network (INN) processes
Experience in developing and executing training programs and quality assurance initiatives
Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Strong strategic thinking and business transformation skills
Experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior management
Ability to collaborate with other department VPs to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunities
Experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
Ability to leverage AI and automation in RCM processes
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare services industry, particularly in substance use disorder, mental health, and autism care fields
Experience in shaping go-to-market strategies
Experience in client onboarding and management processes
