Responsibilities

Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and departments

Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure efficient and timely scheduling

Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers

Book rooms, manage candidate travel (as needed), and greet onsite candidates as needed

Assist in preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork

Ensure smooth & accurate handoffs from recruiting to onboarding

Track completion of onboarding documents and background checks

Maintain and update candidate records in Pinpoint, Impulse's applicant tracking system (ATS)

Ensure data integrity and support accurate recruiting reporting/metrics
