Client Services Associate
Providence Talent Group is seeking a Client Services Associate who will serve as a primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish. The role involves managing brokerage accounts, supporting Financial Advisors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish regarding account inquiries, service requests, and brokerage operations
Open and maintain brokerage accounts, including individual, joint, retirement, and advisory accounts
Process account maintenance requests such as address changes, beneficiary updates, trading documentation, and cash movements
Support Financial Advisors with client onboarding, account reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Work directly within clearing platforms such as Pershing NetX360 and other broker-dealer clearing systems to process and track account activity
Liaise with clearing firms, compliance, operations, and internal departments to resolve account and service issues
Ensure all client documentation complies with FINRA, SEC, and firm policies
Maintain accurate client records within CRM and broker-dealer systems
Assist with client statements, confirms, and general account reporting
Handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Active Series 7 & 66 •or• Series 65 and 63
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a broker-dealer client service, operations, or registered support role
Working knowledge of brokerage account structures, products, and operational workflows
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with clearing platforms, Pershing NetX360 is a plus
