Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the Aiken Plant Maintenance function, supervising a team of up to 15 electricians

Oversee maintenance engineering and craft labor resources to meet established goals and objectives

Develop and implement effective plant maintenance programs to ensure the proper installation, operation, and reliability of production and utility equipment

Manage department budgets, ensure compliance with plant environmental systems, and implement safety programs

Collaborate with production leaders and resources to achieve plant operational and corporate goals

Troubleshoot and handle multiple tasks effectively

Qualification

Electrical experienceIndustrial maintenance experienceLeadership experienceElectrical certificationTeam management

Required

At least 5 years of electrical experience, including low and high voltage systems

A minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heavy industrial settings

Proven leadership experience

Relevant degree or certification in electrical or industrial maintenance
