Responsibilities
Assist in the hold auditing and record keeping of products that are placed on hold
Gather and send production information and samples to our customers on a daily basis, or as needed
Prepare and ship products via FedEx and UPS, using online shipping programs
Facilitate daily taste panel
Maintain files of Certificate of Analysis and production records
Generate Quality Assurance reports as needed using Microsoft Office
Assist department in other Quality Assurance duties as needed
Moderate interaction with customers and outside vendors
Data entry using internal and external databases
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, required. Related additional coursework or experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) and Internet Explorer
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to prioritize an assigned workload
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and self-motivated
Work effectively in a team environment and independently
Ability to work flexible and overtime hours as needed
