This role involves defining, launching, and iterating utility-specific call center solutions, while partnering with utility SMEs and AI engineers to deliver rapid MVPs that meet the demands of call centers in the utility sector.

Responsibilities
Call Center Product Strategy- Own the roadmap for the customer module which includes call center, customer mobile and web
Balance regulatory requirements with user experience and business value
MVP & Iteration- Define MVPs that capture high-value use cases, validate assumptions quickly, and iterate based on feedback
Drive AI-enabled validation of business processes against specs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integrity
SME Engagement- Lead structured discovery sessions with utility operators, regulators, and compliance teams
Translate SME knowledge into actionable specs enriched with AI-generated documentation and prototypes
Execution & Delivery- Work with engineering and design to release production-ready features on compressed timelines
Establish clear KPIs (customer satisfaction, compliance adherence, operational efficiency)
Scaling - Ensure learnings from your background into scalable features
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in product management, ideally within utilities and call center software
3+ years implementing Salesforce.com - Utilities Call Center, Oracle Utilities - Call Center, or SAP Utilities - Call Center
Familiarity with Call Center, Chat, IVR systems, OMS strongly preferred
1+ years experience working with AI call center related technologies
Comfort working with engineering teams and designers
2+ yrs experience with Jira, Figma and other product management tools
Ability to bridge the gap between SMEs and technical teams
Strong communication, structured problem-solving, and ability to drive consensus
