IT Help Desk Engineer 2
Tosca is hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer II to support their North America HQ team in Midtown Atlanta. This role involves providing Tier 2 end-user support for HQ and executive leadership, administering Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting various IT issues.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 end-user support for HQ and executive leadership
Support Windows and macOS environments
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager
Support laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room AV
Document and resolve tickets while partnering closely with infrastructure and network teams
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of hands-on IT service desk or end-user support experience
Strong Microsoft Intune experience (this is a requirement)
Experience providing professional, white-glove support
Clear communicator with strong documentation habits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid HQ environment
