Responsibilities

Designing and deploying LLM-based applications, embeddings, and RAG systems
Building entity extraction, text classification, and semantic search pipelines
Developing domain-specific language models tailored for real-world complexity
Experimenting with state-of-the-art methods to improve accuracy and performance
Collaborating with a world-class AI team to deliver production-ready solutions

Qualification

Required

4+ years in NLP, with recent experience in model training and optimization
Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy, Transformers)
Hands-on experience with information retrieval, embeddings, and search technologies
Familiarity with LLMs, LoRA, and RAG pipelines
Ability to work end-to-end on projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment
MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred

Preferred

Experience with fine-tuning models
Experience with graph databases
Experience with construction tech
