Product Social Media Manager
Perfect Game is the world’s largest elite youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service. They are seeking a talented Product Social Media Manager to develop content strategies, drive audience engagement, and optimize sales through social media platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies tailored for TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, Snapchat, etc. to increase brand awareness and sales
Work with the media team & product marketing team to create & edit engaging videos, reels, stories, and live sessions showcasing products
Manage content calendar and posting of content to social platforms
Work closely with product marketing team to create visual cohesion across platforms/mediums
Stay updated on platform trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging
Use creative marketing techniques, calls-to-action (CTAs), and platform features (e.g., Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, Facebook Storefront) to convert viewers into customers
Develop sales funnels and promote products directly through TikTok and Instagram posts, ads, and stories
Track and analyze conversion rates, making necessary adjustments to optimize sales performance
Interact with followers by responding to comments and direct messages, reposting UGC, creating a sense of community and customer loyalty
Build brand excitement with social drops/reveals/launches
Run giveaways, contests, and polls to boost engagement and drive traffic to product pages
Utilize influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and credibility
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure content performance and sales impact
Provide regular reports on campaign results, ROI, and KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates
Make data-driven recommendations for content and sales optimization
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and product features
Stay informed on product launches, promotions, and inventory to create timely and relevant content
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, for e-commerce or product-driven brands
Demonstrated success in driving product sales and conversions through creative content and social media strategies
Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram's algorithms, features (IG Shopping, Reels, TikTok Shop, etc.), and best practices
Excellent video editing, storytelling, and creative skills
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Business)
Ability to adapt quickly to social media trends and consumer behavior shifts
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with followers, influencers, and internal teams
