Responsibilities

Serve as a welcoming point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, ensuring a polished front‑of‑house experience
Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries efficiently and professionally
Oversee visitor management processes, including coordinating and issuing visitor badges
Maintain and troubleshoot copy machines, printers, and related equipment
Monitor and manage iOffice service tickets to ensure prompt resolution of workplace needs
Oversee scheduling and utilization of large conference rooms, ensuring proper setup and functionality
Coordinate catering and logistical support for large internal meetings and events
Update and maintain content on the Workplace Services SharePoint site
Perform routine audits of office and conference room spaces to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adequate supplies
Collaborate with the security team as needed to support building access and safety procedures
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Support the Workplace Services team with additional projects and tasks as assigned

Preferred

A minimum of two years of experience in a professional corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience with CMMS systems is a plus
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs as needed
Willingness to travel between the Weston and Sunrise office locations
