Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Skilled Trades

The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role will be responsible for various recruiting administrative tasks and ensuring an efficient, compliant hiring process.

Responsibilities

Interview scheduling & logistics: Own end to end scheduling for phone, video, and in-person interviews; coordinate panels, rooms/links, and candidate communications
Application review: Screen resumes/applications against minimum qualifications and role requirements; surface qualified candidates to TA partners/hiring teams
Offer assistance: Prepare offer components, route approvals, assist with delivery, and ensure compliant documentation
Manage talent pools: Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines for priority roles; tag and disposition candidates to keep pools current
Attend interviews: Participate as needed to capture structured feedback and support consistent evaluation
Digital interview evaluation & decisions: Review one way/digital interviews using structured criteria; recommend advance/decline outcomes
Tracking & reporting: Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and ATS records; produce status updates and simple reports for stakeholders
Stakeholder updates: Provide clear, timely updates to hiring managers, site HR, and TA leadership on candidate status, interview progress, and risks
Compliance & data quality: Ensure accurate, audit ready records in the ATS; follow standard workflows and templates

Required

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Ability to own end to end scheduling for phone, video, and in-person interviews
Experience in screening resumes/applications against minimum qualifications and role requirements
Ability to prepare offer components, route approvals, assist with delivery, and ensure compliant documentation
Experience in maintaining and nurturing candidate pipelines for priority roles
Ability to participate in interviews to capture structured feedback and support consistent evaluation

Experience in providing clear, timely updates to hiring managers, site HR, and TA leadership

Highly organized and attentive to details
Ability to multi-task and reprioritize based on urgency of business needs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly
Proficient with technology, business and applicant tracking systems

Preferred

Experience with SuccessFactors and Hire Vue
Mining or energy/oil/gas background
