Advantage Technical is seeking a Project Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules. The role involves supporting project execution through schedule integration, critical path analysis, and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project cost and schedule controls
Build CPM schedules and define logic, milestones, and benchmarks
Establish EPC schedule integration and interdependencies
Develop procedures for schedule control, risk analysis, and earned value
Support schedule risk mitigation and contingency planning
Monitor progress against baseline and report schedule performance
Review contractor schedules, productivity, and earned value
Perform critical path and variance analysis
Develop recovery and work-around schedules
Consolidate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
Maintain WBS and time-phased project schedules
Participate in weekly schedule reviews
Interface with contractor planning teams
Prepare earned value and variance reports

Required

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years scheduling experience on downstream/refining projects
Proficient in Primavera P6 (MS Project a plus)
Strong knowledge of project controls and earned value
Experience with automated, integrated schedules
Familiarity with refinery equipment required
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Open to relocation
