Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, maintaining Sports Imports’ reputation for exceptional service

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Generate reports from the CRM to provide insights into customer trends, pipeline health, and sales performance

Use CRM data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention

Assist Sales Representatives in preparing proposals, managing accounts, and following up on leads

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and client needs

Help coordinate and manage the sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs and communication across teams

Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets by supporting account management activities and strategic initiatives

Proactively identify opportunities to drive additional revenue through upselling and client engagement

Track progress against sales goals and provide regular updates to leadership

Partner closely with the marketing team to develop and execute product-focused sales campaigns

Leverage marketing materials and insights to enhance client presentations and proposals

Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement
