Responsibilities
Drive reliability and operational goals of rotating equipment through effective engineering and maintenance strategies
Eliminate LPO events by conducting rigorous failure and root cause analysis
Optimize maintenance strategies to improve uptime and efficiency
Improve condition-based monitoring plans for early prediction of deteriorating conditions
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical equipment problems
Identify and implement improvement opportunities to improve refinery rotating reliability
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the US
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
8 years of Rotating Equipment experience
Proven ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong dedication to safety and quality
