Responsibilities

Lead Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive program strategies, aligning with overall business objectives and goals
Manage Program Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of programs, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and performance measurement
Develop and Oversee Program Budgets: Develop and oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking
Develop and Implement Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain program policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional program results, fostering collaboration and communication
Drive Program Innovation: Identify and implement innovative program strategies and tactics to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth
Stay Abreast of Emerging Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about emerging industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in program management to be an industry leader in innovation
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment
Performs other duties within scope as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business Administration, or similar
5 years experience in Marketing, Knowledge Content Management, and Research Marketing with Bachelor's Degree (3 years related experience with Master's Degree)

Experience with Knowledge and Research Marketing

Experience Writing and Editing Content
